Project descriptions, images, locations, availability, sizes, amenities, prices, payment plans and timelines may be based on information made available by developers, owners or third parties and may change without notice. Images and visualisations may be illustrative. You should independently verify all material particulars, including applicable RERA details, with relevant official records and documentation.
4. Enquiries and communication
Submitting a form, requesting a brochure or contacting us does not create an agency relationship, booking, reservation, or binding transaction. By providing information you request a response about the relevant service; marketing communications, where applicable, are subject to your choices and consent.
5. No financial or legal advice
Website material is general information and is not tailored investment, financial, taxation, architectural or legal advice. Buying, selling, leasing and investing in property involves risks and costs. Obtain independent professional advice before making commitments.
